If you are looking for a way to de-stress, then come & have a free trial session at my yoga class or Chair Exercise class. They are held in and around Market Harborough.

 

The style of yoga that I practise & teach is gentle with stretching that is linked with the breath in order to keep your mind calm & your body relaxed.  

 

It is suitable for all  ages & abilities.  It is progressive so we take little steps to achieve various postures.  Each participant takes as many steps along this route as they are able to do.  Yoga is non-competitive & everybody should work at their own ability.

 

I link my chair based exercise knowledge with my yoga & I offer variations & adaptions for many of the postures (by using blocks, yoga straps or chairs).
